Then I realize that they're just users who haven't read/refuse to read/don't know about the official documentation and other resources of their distribution. There's a higher percentage of clueless users on #xfce than on any Gentoo channel or forum that I've ever seen. A corresponding higher increase in HV false positives. I wonder why that is? Sometimes I think all the folks that come into #xfce are Help Vampires.
